This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, the two are united into one.
"debak" = join, pursue hard, follow close behind
Pursue your two:
1. Make time together a priority
2. Tell each other how you feel about them
(and why -- specifically!)
3. Do something special for them
Single:
Pursue your two by becoming the person that the person you're interested in would be interested in!
